Linking a Wealthfront account sometimes fails when attempting to link through Plaid, as it requires a special "App Password". To create this, please follow these steps:

1. Sign into your Wealthfront account

2. Click your username (top right corner)

3. Click "Settings"

4. Within "Security", scroll down and look for the "Link Wealthfront to other apps" section

5. Click on "Generate an app specific password"

6. Input the App Name (We recommend "The Dividend Tracker")

7. Click "Generate Password".

You can now copy this password and use it to link your Wealthfront brokerage account to The Dividend Tracker via Plaid.
