How often do automatic portfolios update?

It's completely dependent on the individual brokerage, however most brokerages update once per 24 hours, typically in the evenings. Robinhood, for example, usually updates within 24 hours while M1 Finance, E-Trade, Charles Schwab, and TD Ameritrade sometimes take up to 72 hours to update.

Why does the Dividend Tracker's projections show different amounts than my brokerage account's projections?

We show two different projections:

Dashboard Annual Income: This is the "projected" total annual income for all of your dividend paying stocks and ETFs and used on the Calendar view. This value is convered to your preferred currency using yesterdays exchange rate, and designed to give you a general idea of what your annual income will be based on your current holdings. The value may shift slightly due to the exchange rate changing or payment cutoff dates.

Portfolio Summary: Annual Dividend Income: This is the Forward Dividend Income taking the last non-special dividend paid and extrapolating it out twelve months. This is used on the portfolio summary page.

These two values are not guaranteed, and are only an estimate.

This new fund or IPO stock is not showing up in the calendar.

The Dividend Tracker only tracks positions and projects companies and funds that have a history of paying dividends in the past. We analyze quality funds and ETFs and need to see at least six payments of dividend history to make a projection.

Do you offer a free trial of premium?

We don't offer any sort of free trial, but we do have a no-questions-asked refund policy within 14 days of purchase. Feel free to upgrade to premium, test it out, and if for any reason you're unhappy, reach out and we'd be happy to issue you a refund.

Do you allow crypto?

Yes, we support over 2800 crypto tickers, they are all USD based pairs. You can add any crypto ticker to your portfolio and we'll track it for you.

What areas/regions/exchanges/currencies do you support?

At this time, we support US, Canadian, and UK exchanges and currencies. Unfortunately, the automatic portfolios feature is US-only for the time being.

A ticker I'm searching for doesn't exist in your system. Can you add it?

Possibly! We support thousands of ticker symbols, but it's very possible that we've missed some. Reach out to us directly to see if we can add it.
