REFERRAL PROGRAM

The Dividend Tracker offers a no-cap referral program, meaning you can refer an unlimited number of users. You will earn $35 for each paid member that you refer.

To earn a commission, the users you refer must become paid members. Free users will not earn you a commission.

To get started, simply click on the "Referral" section in the left-side menu bar. From there, you'll see your referral link:

Copy this URL, and paste it wherever you have a large source of traffic, whether that's on a Blog, Podcast show notes, YouTube channel, Instagram page or similar.

As users begin to click on your link, you can watch your "Link Clicks" increase:

When a user signs up to be a paid member of The Dividend Tracker, you will see the "Referred Users" count increase by 1, and an additional $35 will be added to the "Pending Commissions" box. You will also receive an e-mail notifying you of the new commission.

60 days later, as long as the user is still a paid member, your commission will be moved to "Approved" status, and you'll also receive an email notifying you of this change.

Once commissions are paid out, the dollar amount will be moved from the "Pending Payouts" box to the "Lifetime Payouts" box.

Commissions are paid out once per month on the 15th, via PayPal. Be sure to add your PayPal address to ensure your payments are received on time. At this time, we do not offer payouts via Venmo or any other platform.

Your referred users must remain paid members of The Dividend Tracker for a full 60 days before the commission will be considered "Approved".

As an example, say you have an commission approved on the 17th of a given month, that commission will not be paid out until the following month (on the 15th).

Cookies

Many people ask how long cookies are good for.

If you're not familiar with a cookie, this is a small snippet of code that is placed in a user's browser when they click on your referral URL. When this user returns to The Dividend Tracker, the browser can see that they've been visited before. Stored inside that cookie is your referral code, giving your credit for referring them.

Our cookies last FOREVER. Many tracking cookies are only good for 30 days or less, but The Dividend Tracker gives you referral credit regardless of how long it's been.

Also, let's say a user uses your referral code, but only signs up for a free account for now. 6 months down the road, this user decides to become a paid member. We remember from their initial sign-up who referred them. This means that 6 months down the road, you'll still earn an affiliate commission for referring this user.
